First and last, from beginning to end, the 1959 Pirate has been written for you, our friends and classmates, and it is in your sight that we hope it will find favor. Venimus, vidimus, vicimus. Everyone knows the well-known words, We came, we saw, we conquered. But few realize the real meaning of them. We SENIORS have already come, seen, and now hope to conquer. The teachers with their guidance and help have laid a good foundation for our fu- tures. VICTORYwill surely be ours with all we have gained.
