REGIONAL LIBRARY Pmaeouh Street 13 amazon. 33333 F oreword Our high school'days are filled with pre- cious memories. Some are more Vivid than others e the mad rush of the first few days of school, the work on home- coming floats, the worry over class proj- ects, the excitement of the sports events, the grueling exams, and the feeling of re- lief and accomplishment 0n graduation night. Our past year has been crammed with many experiences which have become a part of us. The joys, the sorrows, the fun, and the hard work e these are our memories. In the 1968 PANTHER we have tried to preserve thropgh pictures and words these memories of Pascagoula High School and that wonderful year: 1968. To The Senior Class: Last September, most of you entered your twelfth school year at Pascagoula High School. The previous eleven years had been important, but not special. This year, your twelfth, has become a special year for each of you, and for each in a different way. As the years pass, these special things will become fond memorles. This year most of you have worked hard; others have worked only enough to meet the minimum require- ments for graduation. Tasks such as book reports, term papers, speeches, reporting to the stadium for graduation practice, and others may have seemed annoying at the time; but now that they are all over, you find it wasn,t as hard as it seemed. Now that this school year has ended, may the knowledge that you have gained these past twelve years help you hurdle the problems of life, and may you have success in whatever you endeavor. CALLS M ils tead TE 5E PHONE I appreciatethis opportunity to congratulate you, the 1968 graduating class, on this important achieve- ment in your lives. The achievement of graduation opens many doors for you and is an accomplishment that you will always be happy you attained. Let me suggest that you further pursue your education or voca- tion with enthusiasm, dedication, honesty, and integrity. 1 wish to express my appreciation to each member of this graduating class for any contribution which has made Pascagoula High School a better educational institution. May I express my appreciation to you who have cooperated with the efforts of the teachers and administra- tion during your high school years.
