amedi ras - A Halloween Success The annual Samedi Gras Carni- val, sponsored by the Associated Men's Students gives clubs and societies a chance to gain funds through creativity and ingenuity. Because this fall's festivity came on Halloween, the ASPC included a pumpkin sculpturing contest, with prizes offered to the most original sculptors. The many booths olfered a varied horizon of entertainment and release of frustration for all who participat- ed. Profits from the event were split between the AMS and the participating organizations. LEFT, Yogi Yaeger massacres an anonymous victim in the Sophomore pillow-fighting ring. BELOW LEFT, Whipped cream graces the face of Senior Vic Herrell.
