PC Changes to Quarter System DR, L. PAUL GRESHAM, DEAN OF THE COLLEGE The position of Dean of the College has been unusually challenging this year. Effecting the transition from the semester to quarter system, while at the same time preparing for accreditation renewal by the Western College Association has required monumental extra work. To fill out what might already be considered a full day of regular activities, Dr. Gresham has several hobbies. A keen interest in American history has provided him with such a background that he lectures in detail on the Civil War and sectionalism without notes. The collection of watches and photographs of watches ot historical significance also occu- pies a portion of his spare time. Dr. Gresham and his Wife even take time out to be sponsors ofthe Hawaii Club. Certainly, Dr. Gresham's ability and stamina, scholarly inter- ests and concern for students helped Pasadena College make a significant stride into the future this year. i Q 5 ---g,f'-v '
