Dana L. Hockman The co-op program is an excellent program. It gives the person involved a chance to work with people and find out what kind of job they would be interested in when they get out of high school. It also gives the student preparation for college and their particular field of in- terest. You learn how to work co-operatively with people and how to take or- ders on the job. You can de- cide whether that job is right for you before entering college or training for that field. Knotts After school the biggest adjustment for me will be the fact that I'm really on my own. No longer will there always be someone to run to when I'm faced with a problem. I feel that I can handle it, but it will be a big adjustment. I think that the feeling of knowing that I can hold down a job, support my- self, and make my own de- cisions successfully will be one filled with a sense of accomplishment.
