We Pay Tribute ... to the man In the bright tie whose generosity never ceases, who is always willing to help when asked, who loves to farm - especially strawberries - and who devotes his time unselfishly to community causes. This man is Howard Ashby, math teacher at PHS. After receiving his B.A. degree from D. E., he returned to his native county to teach, where he has a 37-year record. He has furthered his education by receiving his master’s degree from WVU and has also continued his graduate work with an additional 15 hours. We, the PANTHER Staff, proudly dedicate the '69 PANTHER to a man who is himself dedicated and worthy of such an honor.
