All were a little starry-eyed and just a bit nervous with thoughts of the four years to come. All were determined to make good, and the class worked hard to be a success. In sports, we had several boys out for football and basketball. In the class basketball tournaments, the seniors defeated the freshman boys, and the junior class won the girls' tournament. The major event of the year was the freshman party in the spring. The class officers were: Gary Corcoran, President; Denny Corbin, Vice.
