ae Latin, Spanish, French | : , ae Ahora aqui en Peru es... The study of languages helped us to learn more about the French and Spanish speaking nations. Studying Latin aided us in understanding our own language better. Our learning to converse in these languages increased our fluency and confidence in them. Spanish, Latin, and French compositions drew our attention to the problems of grammar. Many of us left a foreign language class with a clearer idea of the life and feelings of the people of Mrs. Davidson's Freshman English French and Spanish speaking nations. The study of English grammar and literature is not only an ever present need but it is a source of much pleasure. 15
