There goes the class of '61 through the lunch room door. Always shovin' and pushin’ about Trying to be the first one out. The slap happy crew that once went to Lit's Will go on to college to sharpen their wits. The three cool cats in locker ten Might stay here and try it again. The grimy crew in Algebra class Will be luck if they pass. And if they do we hope they find That pool and ' x do not combine. We've put out a lot in these twelve years. But you don't see us sheddin' tears We've had our time and yours will come, And then we'll see just who is dumb. We've loved school life, we think it's grand, And now we're making our last stand.
