Class will We, the Senior Class of '59, being almo st of sound mind, do hereby make our last will and testament. To dear 'ole Parry McCluer High we leave our loyalty, honor, respect, and best wishes for many happy and pros- perous years to come. To the faculty we leave them with peace of mind, and our many thanks for the help and guidance through the years. To the Jnmior Class we leave our positon as seniors, our dignity, our refined manners, and our few senior pri- vileges. To the Sophomore Class we leave our patience, our bright remarks, and out athletic ability. To the Freshmen Class we leave our many happy and carefree days. To the Eighth Grade we leave our deepest sympathy because you will need it during the long journey before you. Janet Anderson wills her ability to go steady with a V. P. I. cadet to all girls who can be satisfied with just letters postmarked Tech. Bonnie Arthurs wills her ability to get out of class to her sister Irene. Ronald Berry wills his ability to get along with Natural Bridge girls to K. E. Fitzgerald. Carolyn Blosser wills her ability to chew gum and not get caught and her nickname Quack to her sister Sherry. Willie Brantley wills his ability to get out of class to all the lower end of toum boys and to Richard Ryan. Bonnie Camden wills her ability to skip school and not get caught, too often, to anyone who thinks she can get by with it. Ila Carter wills her ability to get out of first period and go down town to her sister Jane. Mary Chaplin wills her seat in government class to Patricia Floyd. William Clements leaves his ability to sing to all stu- dents of the high school. Darlene Coffey wills her short hair to Bonnie Vest. Helen Covington wills her ability to chew gum in class without getting caught to her brother Joe. Glenn Cunningham wills his ability to get any girl he wants to his brother Steven. Frankie Hogan wills his much used English book to Ollie Stinnett, who will use it about as much as Hogie did. Charlene Hostetter wills her chance to have been a senior to her brother Don. Tommy Huffman wills his ability to stay out of fights in Lexington to Wayne Gilbert. Mary Lee Jennings leaves her horse laugh to Cecil Clark. Peggy Jones leaves her shorthand pen to her sister Becky. Patricia Justice wills her ability to get a certain junior boy to anyone who can get him. John Lanum leaves his treasured church key to Ollie Stinnett with best regards for a happy future. Ernest Lawhorn leaves to Buck Stinnett the first day of hunting season and hopes that Bill Mason teaches him how to hunt. Robin Lawhorne wills her ability to get good grades and be a member of the Beta Club to her sister Linda Faye. Eddie Long wills his ability to work in the dark room and study at the same time to Ed Kirkpatrick. Shirley Moody wills her gay high school days and her worn out brain, if she can use it, to Martha Lou McCormick. Clyde Moore leaves his clean demerit record to Donald Bates. Phyllis Moore wills her ability to play sports to all the girls in high school. Jane Patterson wills her ability to always have a date to anyone who needs it. Tommy Puckett wills his ability to get his homework done in homeroom period to Gary Williams. Charlotte Ramsey leaves her place in the Beta Club to Carolyn Sandidge. Carolyn Rogers wills her daily peanut butter sandwich to anyone who likes peanut butter. Beverly Seay wills her big nose to Linda Rhodes and hopes she will have much luck with it.
