To Mr. Wood we leave our Sincere wishes for success in the future. To Miss Glass we leave a set of post-war world maps for her government and history classes. To Mr. Kling we leave our hopes for continued success and hope that he may soon be able to Stop “whistling in the halls , To Miss Elliott we leave a book of addresses complete with telephone numbers so that she may be sure of having a date during the man-shortage. To Miss Meador we leave this package of henna hair dye, we think she would look cute as a red-head, To, Mrs. Rinker we leave a book of new Math Rules and we do hope her next year's math students will apply them better than we did. To Miss Scales we leave a new cook book, improved and enlarged, after all, we have heard rumors. To Mrs, Seay we leave a large stack of essays so she won't ever forget the long delightful hours she has spent with Marine Heroes of World War II, This class has led no Outstanding life because of the condition of the world at this time, but we, in the Senior Class,of 1944, are proud to be able to go out and help better those conditions and to help free the world for the generations to come.
