Bigham The Leaders' Club of Parnassus High School is composed of junior and sen' ior girls who have an average of SSW in gym Work. The purpose of this organizaf tion is to create leaders who may further the interest in girls' athletics. The club has enjoyed various social activities during the year. Cn Ma1'ch li, it sponsored the Girls Playfday for Trifborough Schools. Several girls in the club served as chairman of committees: Registration4Laura Taylorg Programa Leona Huetg Scorfng-Melda Guyerg Publicity-Sara Vanderwulpg Refreshments! Louise Cookeg and Financial-Anna Johnson. The club sponsored class basketball and had a tournament. In this the junf ior girls Were the Winners, so they were presented with the Leaders' Club Trophy. Mr. Dunn At the opening of the 1929-football season, Coach Dunn and the letter men the high school again organized the Varsity Club. Membership in this organization is open to any boy who has earned a major er. Its purpose is to create a better feeling of 'friendship among the boys and to rease the school spirit, loyalty, and 'fair play among the students. This club sponsored extensive activities this year in order to earn money for the: sweaters which all the letterT men received.
