As stated by the constitution, four objectives are held as fundamental in attaining membership-character, scholarship, leadership, and service. It is the purpose of the society to exalt these objectives and make them the goal of every student. The emblem of the society is the keystone and flaming torch of knowledge. On the base of the keystone are the four letters C., S., L., and S., which represent the four principles of the organization. The keystone is symbolic ofthe fact that, as a builder places the keystone to hold the arch in stability, so must our education be held firm and true to the highest purposes and virtues of life.
