Class of '60 pledges September '57 found us, the usual batch of be- wildered sophomores, dashing through the halls in search of the elusive glass-covered passage- way. We failed in this attempt but found in- stead the hard assignment that faced us-three years' time to form ourselves into an efficient working unit that could live up to the standards set by past PSH classes. As juniors we proved that we could attain our goals by blending co- operation and talent to produce Parma's first musical, Finian's Rainbow. We proudly realized that Class of '60 was more than a name tag. Once more we broke dramatic precedence at PSH with our Biblical pro- duction of The Robe. We also saw many changes on campus, including enlarged library facilities which replaced the legendary glass-covered pass- ageway. All too soon we realized that it was time to relinquish our honored position as leaders to Parma's competent underclassmen. 13

We thought that this one year of our lives would last indefinitely. But with the passing of weeks and months, we began to realize that it, like our other years at PSH, would quickly run its course. So we began to turn our dreams into realities. We became active in our favorite clubs: we loyally supported our Redmen. We vividly remember The Robe, our class play, and a wonderful senior prom. As we donned caps and gowns in june, we could only wonder how months could pass so swiftly. 12
