Oh, we're from Parma High School, and no one could be prouder! shouted this year's Parma stu- dents. Like a cheerful bit of enthusiasm, the spirit at PSH captured every sophomore, junior, and senior in a contagious Wave of pride. But most of all, this spirit was the regal voice of the Queen of High Schools. Parma verified her claim to royalty in numerous ways this year. The spirit of interscholastic com- petition spurred her on to long-awaited athletic triumphs, aided by record-making student support. Distinctive honor gained through scholastic achieve- ment contributed another portion to the Queen's treasury of student accomplishments. To unite her three thousand subjects, the Queen also planned school parties, offered her facilities for meetings, class dances, and canteens, and presented plays, shows, and concerts in the auditorium.
