Class of 1956 elects officers in October SENIOR CLASS OFFICERS Fred Knrppenberq freas urer Al Chonlro vrce pres :dent G orge Erml pres: dent Mr Srstek adviser Lynne Kothera secretary At the close of our hrgh school days we can not help but look back and remmxsce over four In the fall of 1952 we entered Parma Schaaf wlth all the eagerness yet bewllderment character 1st1c of freshmen Soon we moved rnto the pace of school life by attendmg games and meetmgs and even sponsormg our own dance George Erml was elected class presldent and was re elected as presl dent 1n our Jumor and semor years Months flew by and we found ourselves sopho mores rn the new PSH We elected JIITI Schmdler as class presrdent Thrs year saw our classmates playmg football and basketball cheermg and twrrlmg batons for our school As juniors we began to feel the prest1ge of be mg upperclassmen Our flrst dramatlc presentatlon Papa Is All was a success and produced some fl ,A promlsmg stars Among our soc1al events were the Jumor Semor Prom and the class plcmc In the new Student Crty Manager But as we look back we recall our semor year as the most thrnllmg but hectrc of all We were kept busy by ordermg name cards, class plctures graduatlon announcements and paymg class dues The Y Teen Chrrstmas Formal our own Semor Dance and the Jun1orSen1or Prom hxghlrghted the soc1al events of our semor year We ended the year wrth Semor Day Baccalaureate and last but never the least Commencement Commencement opens a new door to each of us As we pause now we can look back and note that our last step was perhaps the happiest and hard est rn our lrves E 3 .
