The Pantherette Ball was held February 16. The theme, '4Hearts and Flowers, was carried out beautifully in the decorations, and a floor show, a waltz to the music of Irish Lullabyf, was pre- sented. Raedell Pearson and Buddy Wagner reigned as King and Queen with honors. Hank Houst and his orchestra furnished the music. Officers for the year were President, Betty Boze- mang Vice President, Anne Evansg Secretary, Eleanor Scott, and Treasurer, Helen Suterg Advisor, Mrs. Marj Mitchell.

Qfaaafzmzd ' me deck The Panther Club members are boys of Parma High School who have lettered on at least one athletic team and are in good standing academically. The boys elected George Zaldain as their leader for the year. To assist him were Vice President Buddy Wagner and Secretary-Treasurer Ralph Weber. As George dropped school at the semester Bud took over the duties of President. The organization helped with the beet harvest and hauled onions for a number of farmers in the community. The profits from the project bought equipment for the new gym. During the initiation, the following were accepted as new members: Joe Dilley, Bob Littlefield, Leon Dolence, Doyle Cornwell, Dick Admeyer, Ray Young, David Wagner, Dan Rohrbacher, Jim Pritchard, and John Parsons.
