Changes exemplified the 1974-75 school year for Franklin Tech. Course work ranged from Machine Shop to Practical Nursing, and includ- ed a joint project of the Building Trades, Interior decorating, and Sheet Metal classes, the construction of a house at 30th and Monroe. Classes at Franklin and Baker Tech performed all work including foundations and heating ducts.
