Variety of assemblies offered to students So f ,4 phie and Burt Houle demonstrate the art of mime. With the extinction of homerooms, problems arose in seating arrangements. Students wanted to be seated with their own class and after some experimentation the new administration arriv- ed at an arrangement suitable to all. The new administration also sponsored student oriented assemblies. Crowd viewed another J OPLI M 0 classic Parkwood beauties Jim Landreth, Geoff Pollock, Robert Tune, Jim Xllman, and Joe Rippee Once again the JOPLIMO staff presented their traditional assemblies before Parkwood's stu- dent body. On January 8 the curtain opened to reveal one of Parkwood's very own productions, written, directed, and staged by various in- terested parties. The result, a satire on queen contests, found Jim Landreth crowned H1975 Kennel Queen of America . Following that im- mortal classic, each candidate's business manager introduced his choice for JOPLIMO queen fthis time for realj. A week later, after much ado, the entire populace of Parkwood voted for a queen and awaited the coronation. At long last the moment arrived. The yearbook staff paraded across the stage, David Lowe sang a song . . . and Kevin Dooley, business manager of the yearbook, crowned Christi Greer 1975 JOPLIMO queen. 1680 mo assembly Cindy Letterman David Lowe entertains the crowd with a song, Harmony
