wx Il After being out of school for a week, seniors returned once again, this time for fun. The occasion was the senior picnic, and the buses were boarded at 9:00 a.m. for the trip to Lake Holiday in Imperial, Missouri. Here, students had a fun-filled day consisting of volleyball, softball, frisbee, swimming, and paddleboating. Many enjoyed just basking in the sun. One of the highlights of the day was the senior men throwing Principal Dr. Gary Ches- ley in the pool, shoes and all. Dawn Jacobs said, It was fun, but kind of sad. It was our last school picnic and our last time riding the school bus. The picnic gave seniors the chance to spend one last day with their class.
