Nimbleness and, determination are keys to good tumbling. Parkview physical education and health classes place emphasis on physical fitness. The courses involve calisthentics body build- ing exercises, gymnastics, and team games. Health instruction enables the student to learn common hygeine and personal health problems. Safety education and good health practices are stressed. The physical education and health study forms only a portion of the fitness program which is designed to aid high school students in physical, as well as mental, maturity.
