His ability to inspire others to do their best is an important reason for Parkview's first year being profitable and eventful, Even though the school is new, Mrs Kesterson is a veteran teacher and administrator, Through the years, praise and encouragement have been two items at the top of his list for dealing with people successfully. Mr, James Ford has little time to sit and rock. His duties as Assistant Prin- cipal and Dean of Boys keep his schedule filled.
