JH1' nplyetg Class of 1962 Last night I had a startling dream I'd like to share with you. The members of Sixty-two, it seemed, Had settled what they would do. The year of Seventy-two was here And I watched with enjoyment keen The picture of each good friend's career. Come -Let me present the Scene. RUBY ALLEN has finally landed a job as secretary for the Baby Ruth candy company. BILL BOOTH has just been elected president of the combined companies of Du Pont and Chemstrand Corporations. He also writes Science fiction. DORIS BRISSON has been appointed principal of Parkton High School. She has replaced French with Latin. SAM BUNNELL has been doing very well in the car business. I-Ie had opened Sam's Plymouth Sales, no wonder he was driving a new plymouth. JOYCE BUNNELL has opened a Drive Inn in Saint Pauls called Buddys. HERBERT CARTER has been moved from produce manager at Winn-Dixie because he couldn't resist eating all the bananas before they were sold. TOMMY CARROLL was head mechanic on JACK CRENSHAW 'S racing cars. They were doing quite well. Jack had won the Indianapolis SOO five straight years with Tommy's new atomic -powered engine. PATSY CRENSHAW was in charge of Parkton Beauty Shop. She had designed many new hair styles for Hollywood movie stars. DAWN CRUMPLER was manager of the Massey Hill Drug Company in Fayetteville. She finally made her residence the re . BETTY HARRELL can now afford her expensive clothes because she is now part owner of the Capital in Fayetteville. JAMES MALLOY was president of the Pure Oil Company. His company had started 27 gas wars in five years. ALEX MCCALLUM was head basketball coach at N.C. State. His boys had won the championship for three straight years. FRANCES MCMILLAN is now a model for Bill Cullen on The Price is Right. MARIE MUSSELWHITE was teaching English at Parkton High School and keeping house on the side . BILL NEWTON was a top flight construction engineer, building new churches. FLORA ODOM was still fishing around in Saint Pauls, but I think she had about caught her fish. TOMMY SMITH was a test pilot in the U.S. Air Force.l-Ie was stationed on the moon in charge of Operation Moon- shine . NORMA STEPHENS was head nurse at South Eastern General Hospital in Lumberton. Doctors watch out! SUE STEPHENS was head of the Department of Motor Vehicles. Well, Wong, that's one way to get your licenses.
