ACE ATHLETES: It is customary for the Parkland Coaches to choose two stu- dents each year, a boy and a girl, who are the most representative of the PHS Athle- tic Department. This year they selected Linda Davis Cabovej and Alex Darley fbe- lowj. Linda played four years of Volleyball and four years of Basketball while attend- ing Parkland. Alex participated for three years each in Football, Basketball and Track. Most Popular Girl Lisa Bonneau was chosen by the senior class as the Most Popular Girl for 1984. Lisa was a fresh- man class officer, drum major of the band, and a member ofthe National Honor Society. She was elected Lady-In-Waiting to this yearls homecoming court. Most Handsome Seniors voted Glen Hines Most Handsome Boy for this year. While at Parkland, Glen has been involved in Letterclub, Track, Football and Fellow- ship of Christian Athletes. He was chosen Senior Silhouette for the cutest smile. Most Popular Boy Barry Patterson won the Most Popular Boy con- test in senior balloting. Barry has been an Optimist Youth Award winner in his freshman and junior years. He has participated in Football, Track, Golf, Fellowship of Christian Athletes and was also cho- sen Senior Class Favorite. He was vice-president of student council and president of Letterclub.
