Tom Keitel was president of our Senior Class. We aren't too surprised to see him as head of the engineering department of our space operations. Besides that he's been making trips to Venus. How thrilling to be up there with all those space creatures. David Holloman, the funny boy of our class has finally made his fortune after twenty years. Of course, you wonder how he made it, so do we. Being Dave's old friends we asked him. Well, Dave's been posing for Donald Duck, in Walt Disney's cartoons. In his last role, Dave took the part as Disney's Dopey. Phillis Harold has finally gotten her dream come true. She is now the President of Elvis Presley's fan club, nationwide. She works hard and long hours and sometimes she even gets to meet him. I've heard from several people in Hollywood that she's been getting red roses sent to her from an anonymous person. Very mysterious. Jerry Summers, the freckled faced boy in our class has just won the title of having the most freckles in all the world. Can you imagine having that many freckles. Mary Jane Walker is now the mother of six fine children. Right after graduation she took that big step into matrimony. Max Servais, after a long struggle working in a gas station, finally worked long enough to buy his own. He gives the best of service and we always stop at his station when we need gas. La Donna Bowman, whom we all thought would get married, right after graduation is now head of her own business. It's called the Love 'Em and Leave 'Em Society. Carol Burk is now the accountant of the largest bank in the vorld. Fort Knox. She always wanted to be an accountant, and now, she counts gold bricks all day. Marilyn Dotson, the shortest girl in our class is now playing basketball for the Redheads, an all-girl trick basketball team. Debbie Cockran was the brilliant girl in our class. We all thought she would succeed when the rest of us failed. She is now doing a wonderful job raising five little Nickelson's. Hot flash!!! Dave Holloman, Carol Burk, La Donna Bowman, and Max Servais are all now in jail for trespassing on a golf course. You're probably won- dering what they were doing. What else, but their favorite pastime, trying to catch a duck. Larry Kratzberg and Jane Cook are now married and are raising five fine children. Larry is the President of Coors Brewing Company and Jane is his official taster. Twila Schlotzhauer is now a pilot for TWA and Cheryl Holloman is the secretary for one of the biggest businesses in the world, Budwiser Brewing Company. Wayne Mauk, the married man of our Senior Class is now the head of his own Used Car Business. Isn't it wonderful to know that all the Seniors of 1967 are happy in their lives work and are doing their best to fulfill their ambitions. 9 SENIOR CLASS '.ILL V.’e the graduating class of 1967, swearing to be in possession of sound, mind and body, do hereby present this last will and testament, witnesseo by teachers, parents, and friends. be leave to the entire student body our unique and dignified manners, our eagerness to skip a class whenever and however possible, the ability to finish things at the last minute, and our kindness, friendly guidance, and help given to all underclassmen. V.e hope that they use it well and live up to it. Larry Krat berg leaves his aggressiveness with women to Loren Litteer. Cheryl Holloman leaves her ability to be quiet in English class to J.C. Haas, Aaron Gross, and Allen Kehl. Jerry Summers leaves his ability to sleep till noon to Freeman Thomas, Debbie Cockran leaves her ability to keep her contact lenses in her head to Kike Eastwood. Max Servais wills his nickname of Sow to Allen Kehl. Mary Jane Walker wills her graceful walk to Donna Hall. Tom Keitel leaves his position at fullback -;nd his ability to stay off of the injury list to Bob Zimmerman. LaDonna 3owman leaves her singing ability to Flora Mauk. David Holloman leaves his position of forward on the basketball team along with some extra heighth and muscle to Gail Boots. Jane Cook leaves her ability to talk a lot and to get into trouble to Floyd Stites. Marilyn Dotson wills her laughing eyes to Bob Zimmerman. Phillis Harold wills her bangs that get curly when they get wet to J.C. Haas. Carol Burk wills her giggle to Mr. Trask. Twila Schlotzhauer wills her quiet ways and refined personality to Donna Hall. SO ENDS THE V.ILL SENIOR CLASS HISTORY In August of 1963, 23 anxious Freshmen entered the halls of Parker Rural High bchool. With the help of its sponsors, Mr. Stonecipher and Mr. Walker, the class soon became adjusted to high school life. Brenda Harold and Bob Cook represented the class in Student Council. Guy Slater joined the class in October making its total twenty-four. During their first year they enjoyed parties, sports, and other activities. Twenty-two lively Sophomores began their second year of high school educa- tion in August of 1964. During the summer they had lost Doyle Ingram, John Koontz, and Cindy Stroup, but also gained Hazel McCowan and Kay Outler. Mrs. Adell and Mr. Shire were chosen as sponsors. Brenda Harold and Larry Kratzberg were elected as Student Council members. Brenda Harold represented the Sophomores at Homecoming as an attendant. At the end of the first semester they lost Brenda Harold and Kay Cutler, but also gained Jane Cook and Glenda Richey. Twila Schlotzhauer was elected as their new Student Council member. The Sophomores busied themselves with parties, activities, and sports. The 1965 - 66 school term found twenty-two determined students walking the halls of PRHS. They were now Juniors. During the summer Gayle Chadwick, Wanda Paul, Glenda Richey, and Hazel McCowan had left them. Linda Dutcher, Steve Dutcher, and Linda Osborn joined the class. Mr. Olivier and Mr. Bronson were chosen as sponsors. They assisted the Juniors in their many activities. During the first semester Diane Shields departed from our ranks. Twila Schlotzhauer and Tom Keitel were attendants at Football Homecoming. Marilyn Dotson, Bob Cook, Larry Kratzberg, and Carol Burk were attendants at Basketball Homecoming. The Junior Class Play entitled Finders Creepers, was presented in Novem- ber under the direction of Mr. Foster. At the end of the first semester, Sharon Day departed from the class. Upon the departure of Mr. Bronson, Mr. Bishop was chosen as the sponsor. On April 29, the Junior class presented the Junior - Senior Banquet under the theme, Paris by Night. In August of 1966, fifteen Seniors entered the halls of PRHS to finish the last lap of their high school education. During the summer they had lost Linda Dutcher, Steve Dutcher, Bob Cook, Floesta Wells, and Linda Osborn. Mary Jane Walker joined the Seniors. With the help of their sponsors, Mr. Craig and Mr. Foster, they laid the groundwork for their last year of PRHS. Tom Keitel and Phillis Harold did their best to uphold the needs of the Senior class in Student Council. Debbie Cockran held the position of alternate cheerleader. Tom Keitel and Phillis Harold were crowned King and Queen at Homecoming. Larry Kratzberg and Carol Burk were attendants. After two weeks of hard work, the Senior Class Play, They Went Thataway, was presented successfully under the direction of Mr. Foster and Mr. Craig. The night of April 21, 1967, the Juniors honored the Senior class with the annual Junior-Senior Banquet under the theme of Shower of Stars. The Seniors completed their year by taking their Senior Sneak trip to Six- Flags-Over-Texas in Arlington, Texas. Upon taking their final exams, they finally ended their high school career with their graduation on May 19, 1967. The Senior Class will long remember its school days at PRHS. 1 I 77, '7y 7v W yZw %y v ry 'Ayy , Y tfA vy s , Y7777777 777 '7 ' ' 7 Z • 77 , YYYyYYY Y YYyY y 7Yy ' 7 7 777 77 7 Ys ssy' r s .
