Before that time, starting In 1905, 112 students had completed a 3-year course In the old building; and since that time 921 have completed their l -year course In the new building, or a total of 1,01 3 have earned a high school diploma. The whole atmosphere and spirit of Parker High School Is rural and In keeping with rural problems and rural life. This high school makes It a business to bring the rural child deficiencies up and to get him up to standard in the shortest time possible. Many different ways are employed to do this. Well trained teachers. Individual and small group Instruc- tion, suitable literary material, and personal Interest are some of the means employed to speed the rate of progress.
