A day in the office might include--Mr. Elliott granting permits to those who were absent so that they may re- port to classes after their absenceg office girls an- swering numerous telephone callsg the office girls typing quizzes or recording gradesg and occasionally a boy or girl sent to the office by some teacher be- cause of some mischievous prank. The office is the one department of our school which makes the other departments cooperate. If it were not for our office, office equipment, and office workers, our school would not be what it now is. 4
