Boy's chorus is getting more popular as evidenced by the fact that the enroll- ment is steadily increasing until there are now 30 members. During the Christmas festivities we broadcast a portion of the Christmas concert over the P.A. system at the Presbyterian church. This was followed by carol- ing the shut-ins and other people of the community. This evening of entertainment was climaxed by a party at the school cafeteria. We, also, shall never forget the outstanding number of the annual minstrel show--THE PARKETTS-- A colorful and entertaining pantomine of Daddy was given by John Kelly, Duane, Tremba, Howard Blymiller, and Raymond Seigler. Mr. Tritle, our director, is initiating plans for a regular mixed chorus for next year. 7

Their criticism will be varied, but the staff hopes they will be tolerant of mistakes. This year the staff has inserted new ideas in the way of features and in- cluded some of the old proven ones. The book is an attempt to portray school life in the eyes of a senior, including those things which will naturally be remembered The staff with the help of Mr. Corbett and Mr. McKelvey signed a contract with a different company this year. As a result there was some delay in getting started. There were new requirements and regulations that had to be studied and interpreted by our editors and staff. The senior staff and the newly elected junior staff sincerely hope that you as a reader will find this book educational, entertaining, and interesting. The staff wishes to express sincere appreciation to Mr. Corbett, Mrs. Gardner, Mr. Holmgran, and Miss Schmidt who have given generously of their time and guidance.
