STUDENT COUNCIL The fxrst Wednesday of every month the student council of our school met to dlscuss the problems that confront our student ody As we look around the councll table we see that each class IS represented by two people the presldent and the councll representatxve These members are elected by the popular vote of thexr consecutlve classes The purpose of those meetmgs was to cope with the problems and sxtuatlons that affected the student body as a whole The general axm of student councxl IS to give the students valuable lessons ln student government as the voter and as the office holder Of all the problems that came up during the year all were dlscussed and settled satls factorxly Our student council still has not reached our ideal of a student council but we feel a good foundatxon has been made for a great future ln our student councll we . 1 . . , . , - n .
