Text from Pages 1 - 160 of the 1974 volume:

OUR APPRECIATION TO MR. MOORE We, of the 1973-74 La Reata Staff, are proud to dedicate this year's Yearbook to Mr. Seth Moore, teacher of Band, Music Theory, and Chorus. In his six years at P .H.S., Mr. Moore has been one of the most outstanding promoters of spirit and has risen Band from second-rate to probably the most respected and admired organization on campus. He has spent long hours after school without pay, rehearsing with the Marching Band, Wind Ensemble, Pep Band, and Five plus two (plus one), and writing arrangements for the latter two. The La Reata Staff, and we are sure the entire Student Body, wishes to give Mr. Moore a big Thank You for his work and wish him the best of luck and happiness in the years to come. jL —i—□ h 2—fl v7 r PX im1 r n w 1 r l KVf L_o 0 f y—f 1 Let the Good Times Roll La Reata 1974 A SCHOOL PUBLICATION BY THE LA REATA CLASS OF PARKER HIGH SCHOOL TABLE OF CONTENTS Senior Section..........................3 Sports Section.........................29 Homecoming.............................54 Junior Section.........................61 Senior Standouts.......................76 Activities.............................81 Sophomore Section......................95 Clubs.................................106 Freshmen..............................124 Administration and Faculty .... 132 Advertising...........................139 Autographs............................146 President David West Senior Officers Vice President Lisa Harding Secretary-Treasurer Kathy Warner 3 BETTY ANDERS CYNTHIA ALCAIDA Transfer 3 Homecoming Attn. 4 ESTHER ANDERS BRENDA BABB Drama club 3,4, Pep Club 4 Honor Roll 3,4 JOHN BALDWIN Band 1,2,3,4 SUSAN BRASHEARS Spanish Club 1 Art Club 1 Pep Club 1,2,3,4 TRAGYC 4 La Reata Co-Editor 4 Junior Cl.
