Parker High School is symbolic of friendliness, cooperation, high scholastic standards, efficient student government and many other worthwhile attainments. It has been built around standards set for you by those who have gone before and by you for those who come after. Through associations with your school mates and teachers, I hope you have become aware of the importance of loyalty and cooperation. You should remember to be successful in lasting friendships and in making life's adjustments; you must have these and other desirable character traits. The age in which we live is one of speed and acceleration. You are fortunate in that you have health, happiness, ambition, aspiration and opportunity. Some have used the opportunities offered through the school for self-betterment, others have yet to awaken to their full potentialities.
