The girls that were at the state track meet failed to qualify for any finals, but yet set a new school 800 meter relay record. A major improvement occurred this season in girls track. It cannot be attributed to just one thing, but many things and people that helped. A split from the boys team and their own coach was a major affect and even more importantly the fact that the girls decided to work and were dedicated to doing their best.
