W Dedlcation. That describes the cheer- leaders of 1985-86. They devoted their time and hard work by supportlng the teams of PHS. Pep rallies, posters, and school splrlt are only a few ot the many responslbllltles these girls have. Advisor lrma Bossman kept busy taking the cheerleaders to the SDSU Clinic and State Cheerleading Tournament. She also contributed her ideas and showed her authority when it came to getting the job done. Through regular season, playoffs, tournaments, wins and losses, the cheerleaders tired up the crowd and backed the Pheasants. PHS CHEERLEADERS The dedicated cheerleading advisor, Irma Bossman. T. During the 1985-86 year, the PHS drill teamers were quite busy. The drlll team's routines included Smokin' in the Boy's Room, Everybody Wants You, Neutron Dance, Dance, Dance, Dance, and a special christmas routine, Rock Around the Christmas Tree. The drill team was honored to perform at a nlght session at the Boy's Basketball State B Tour- nament In Huron, S.D. They got the spirit going by performing to Black Cars Look Better in the Shade. This year drill team had the privilege of acquiring three new members, Holly Hertel, Lynelle Roeder, and Mariah Schoffelman.
