A Qllmpse of The PHS bdnd Showed them to be busy this year. The students marched In the Parker Turtle Days Parade and the Vlklng Days Parade In Sloux Falls. Some extra plzzaz was added to the marching band with the addlflon of a flag corp. The band, along with The chorus, sold candles and popcorn as this year's fund raiser to finance the upcoming band fchorus trlp next year. The John Phllllp Sousa Award went to Mark Salter. The selection of The recipient was based on DGFHCIDCTIOD Clrtd Cblllry. Weeldreyer, J. Kllnghagen. PEP CLUB Fun, excltlng, hardworking, deter- mined, creative, and loud voices are all characteristics of the PHS pep club. Some memories of supporting the Pheasants are the many posters hung In the halls and the pep rallies. For their fund raiser, they sold Christ- mas wreaths, which they used the money to buy flowers for the teams. This Is just a gllmmpse of the activit- ies of our spectacular pep club. As you climb the last flight of stairs at PHS, you'll get a glimpse of the librarians performing their many re sponslbllltles such as helping puzzled students find necessary information or check out books. They work hard to keep the llbrary in tip-top shape and keep current information in the library for the students access. Mrs. Hoover ls the person who keeps all her llbrary aids in order.
