A GLIMPSE OF Homecomlng for Parker Hlgh School was held during the week of September 16-20. Monday was once agaln the inltiatlon of the freshman wlth everyone dressing in blue and white. A change thls year was made when coronatlon was moved to Monday, allowing the king 81 queen to reign all week. As the day came to an end Michelle Almond and Carter Krumbach walked away wlth the crowns as Queen 8: King of 1985. Tuesday, the shorts and sandals came out of the closet lor Hawallan day. As the girls played Trl-Valley, the fans were cheering them on in Ha wallan attire and sunglasses. Wednesday was fllled wlth excitement as the boys showed their legs and the girls their muscles on switch day. Nerd day, on Thursday, proved to be a day of whlnlng, wlth a lot of tape used for broken glasses. The Powder Puff victors were the sopho mores and seniors when the game ended in the raln. Friday, the last day ot homecoming was field day wlth everyone wearing athletic attlre. Fleld day competltlon was held at the athletic complex. Classes competed for the splrlt trophy, wlth the senlors on top. The burnlng of the A was held rlght before the homecoming Football game. After defeating the Alcester cubs, PHS held a dance for all alumnl and students. All thls Is iust a glimpse of what happened dur- Ing Homecoming 1985. wi. QUEST! I . , .. ...M W A.. ,..,.. W ....
