C HORUS The chorus was really turnin' it on this year! Everyone came home with a superior rating from the contest in February. I Three solos, a duet, the mixed ensemble, and the girls ensemblej The chorus, along with the band, sold soft soap and tins of cocoa. It was a lot of work, but everyone looks forward to the trip it will provide. The National School Choral Award was started this year. Michelle Headlee received this award. NNUAL STAFF 1 1 1 This past year was a very good year for Annual Staff The size of the group tripled. We had many new faces so some went to a seminar at Sioux Falls College. At the seminar, we learned how to set up pages, the best way to take pictures, and how to produce the best annual possible. To meet our first deadline, we came in on a Saturday morning and worked until we finished. Our second deadline was a bit harder to meet. In order to get the forty-six pages that were due, we came in during parent- teacher conferences and worked all day. When the annual was finished, we kicked back and rested easy.
