,wwf S WEE THEAR T DANC The Irish Ball was held March 16, 1985 in the old gym at Parker High School. This dance was sponsored by the FHA and FFA. Mobile Music provided the entertainment and kept every- one dancing. Throughout parts of the dance, t-shirts were offered to some people who strutted their stuff extremely well. At the door, everyone was given ballots to choose Sweet- heart and Marshall. Towards eleven o'clock, Michelle Novak and Russell Buseman were crowned Sweetheart and Mar- shall respectively. As the night progressed, more and more people got the Irish Fever and danced all they could. And at twelve o'clock, when the dance ended, every- one went to Godfather's to rest their feet and eat pizza. Marshall Russell Buseman and Sweeheart Michelle Novak take a stroll on the dance floor. This year Lady Dracula took the stage. After many early morn- ing practices, the all-school play was presented April 12, 1985. The cast was full of many talented people and it showed. Earlier in the day the play was performed for the grade school who thoroughly en- joyed it. On opening night the elementary gym was packed. Throughout the play, one could hear outbursts of laughter the audience produced. Who could forget Dr. Van Helsing's struggle with Lady Dracula? Under Miss Haisch's direction everything went fine. This year's cast included: Kim - Stacy Lein- Inger, Opal - Amy Chicoine, Robert - Tim Miller, Sonny - Jason Chester, Mrs. Sink - Lisa Whelaen, Luisa - Michelle Almond, Ernie - Vlnce Preheim, Mona - Michelle Headlee, Marcus - Scott Andal, Tod - Evan Friese, Camille Stan- ford - Tricia Duncan, Lady Dracula - Julie Haase, Duffy - Dan Gates, Wallace - Mark Salter, Dr. Laur- ence Finley - Jim Viet, Dr. Van Helsing - Karen Ebeling, Students - Heather Haase and Jeremy Schmidt.
