Such methods as lectures, class discussions, audio-visual aids, and field trips, together with the honors program and the off-campus seminar, are employed by Park ' s academic program.

His family, too, plays an important role in the Park community, all its members participating in campus activities. Mrs. “Pat” Fleming is interested in painting and has studied in art classes here again this year. The children Mickey, Danny, and Betsy, have taken part in activities of the Lancelot-Elaine Club, of which the Flemings are sponsors. Groups of students are frequently invited to the “Deanery” for Sunday evening fellowship, where they enjoy delicious home-made pies and coffee and chat about current interests. In attaining his goal of promoting co-operation and understanding among students, faculty and admin¬ istration, Dean Fleming is always willing to give his time to anyone who desires it.
