INTRAMURAL ATHLETICS With crowded schedules and limited facilities creating a handicap, the so¬ cial clubs held intramural volleyball this semester. The Orions took the cham¬ pionship in the fellows’ tournament from the Parchevard team. The Lowells failed to muster enough personnel to put a team on the court. In the girls’ tournament of two rounds, the Auroras took the championship, the Callio- peans in second place, and the Lucernes in the cellar. The all-star team beat the all-school squad in a post season set. All games played were three-game sets, the Lucernes taking the last set from the Calliopeans. Only one defeat is registered on the score of the champion Auroras. Aurora Champs: Back Row: King, Nelson, Harp, Atkins, Turner. Kneeling: Quimby, Laffoon.
