ur Times To everything there isa season, and a time to every purpose under heaven. A time to learn, and a time to fall asleep in class after lunch. A time to make practice, and a time to be late and have to run bleacher laps. A time to turn in assignments, and a time to leave them on the kitchen table as we dash out to the bus. A time to go to classes, and a time to sneak out for a stroll in - the woods. A time for healthy attendance, and a time for term-paper- V itis. A time to study with friends, and a time to get one's work accomplished. A time to shout and cheer, and a time to boo and hiss A time to write yearbook copy, and a time to be uninspired This is the story of the way we learn, and play, and compete here at Park-Tudor. This is a record of our times 4

A Time TO L6Ell'I'l Learning - That's what we're here to do, but it seems we never do enough. We are swamped with algebraic equations, important historic dates, chemical formulas and difficult essay topics. How do we get it all done? Some spend their time in the -library, research- ing term papers. Some are found studying diligently, some spacing out, others disrupting the halls. Though study hall time may be spent throwing a frisbee, gossiping in the locker bays or cruising the halls, once in class the atomosphere changes. Students argue in literature discussions, work out experiments in the chemistry lab or try to follow a history lecture. We owe much of this education to our teachers. Mr. Linard with logic, Mr. Hawver with dimen- sional analysis, Mr. Berkeley with relaxed an- tagonism and Mr. Black with computer skills help expand our knowledge. Because of our dedicated teachers, the upper school education is truly a unique experience.
