Music at Park-Tudor is more than just a forty minute class every other day. It is an experience, even for seasoned singers. The music department works long and hard at making the groups the best that they can possibly be. The Girl's Ensemble, Park- Tudor Singers, and the Madrigals all know that success means work - and they show the results twice a year at the Christmas and Spring Concerts. The madrigals, under the direction of Mr. Williams, know how to please an audience. They have performed at country clubs, restaurants, and even at the Crossroads fund-raising ball. Their popular renditions, complete with choreography, are just as polished as their classical numbers, one of which won a superior rating at the regional music contest. Although they work hard, the music groups don't complain. In fact, they have fun. The audience's acceptance makes it all worthwhile. i ETVUI, 28

gg .5Il?5!3,,,5,g, ' 6 It's That Time Of The Season Touchdowns, goals, baskets, pins. The seasons leave their mark on the PT campus. The year goes by and another group of athletes is gone. Only the scorebook remains to record the rebounds, the field goals, the TD's, freethrows and PAT's The falling of leaves and the ripening of apples signal the start of football and soccer season. The soccer field is the place to be on a Tuesday afternoon. And what's a week- end without Saturday cider and football? Thanksgiving approaches and with it, action on the hard- wood. The busiest place on campus is the gymnasium: boy cagers running killers in the big gym, girls practicing layups upstairs, wrestlers writhing on the mat, and cheer- leaders putting mounts together in the lobby. . March comes quickly and the gym becomes empty. Once again, the athletes have moved outside to the field, to the courts and to the diamond. And that's how the seasons pass at Bark-Tudor School. Only during the summer do the grounds look desolate when the fields thirst for cleats and the court longs for tennis shoes. They await the changing of the seasons when it will be their turn again. 30
