Los Conquistadores was organized in 1952 by Mrs. L. S. Robbins, club spon- sor. The purpose is to promote a better un- derstanding of Hispanic countries, people, language, and culture. The club initiated the Foreign Exchange Student Program this year, raising some of the money by giving the Valentine Dance and a skating party. The highlight of the year is always the Pan- Arnerican Fiesta in April. Other activities are trips to Mexican restaurants and movies and to K. U. for Cervantes Day.
