CLASS HISTORY Ccontinuedl During the year our class helped sponxar a dance to help pay for a scoreboard In our sophomore and junior years we were alphabetically arranged 1n homerooms Our sophomore year was more active as our progects were selllng salt water taffy and sweat shirts The effieer officers were as follows Edward Bump, President, Kevln Vorce, Vice President, Gloria McRobbie, Secretary, Jack Planty, Treasurer, and Jean Daniels, Reporter Mrs Terise assisted us with our group activities In our Junior year, officers were Kevin Vorce, President, Treasurer, and Sally Reed, Reporter The class put on a one act play and sponsared a dance at Christmas but the mast importa1t activlty was the Junior Senior Prom Out of our class the following people were elected for the royalty Jean Daniels, Princess and Kevin Vorce, Prince Their attendants were Gloria McRobbie and Edward Bump Since seventh grade the students who have left our class are Edward Bump, Larry Castle, Clarence Dibble, Howard Fenlong, Leonard Foster, Eugene Osgood, Herbert Phippen, Ronald Robar, John Swift, Floyd Tebo, Ray Thompson, Diane Ayers, Jean Burnett, Ruth Conklin, Otha Deere, Nancy Hooper, Leona Laggue, Ann Lakins, Elizabeth Perry, Mina Rivers, Adele Sochia, Loretta Bradish, Betty Pelkey, Ann Randal, David Armstrong, Eugene Conklin, Richard Gary, Bobby Miller, Paul Campbell, Mary Ellen Bradish, Irene Raymo, Blanche Kenny, Jean Stark, Irene Emlin, Maxime Chevier, and Leon Strader As seniors, our Off1CeTS were Florence Snell, President, Jack Planty, Vice-President, Nancy Foster, Secretary, Jean Daniels

Cfaaa .Malory lass of 1956, only Gloria McRobb1e started out in Parishville Edward Forrest and Robert Hart joined in second grade The fifth grade brought Kevin Vorce The seventh grade was the big year when Jack Planty, Wayne Roberts, Dale Sevey, Ann Bump, Florence Snell, Etta Lauber, Nancy Foster, Jean Daniels, Edna Daby and Sally Reed joined the group That year we moved to the top floor of what is now the grade build ing and we had Miss Marilyn Burnup as advisor Our officers were Gloria McRobbie, President, Ann Lakins, Vice President, Edna Daby, Secretary, Kevin Vorce, Treasurer, and Adele Sochia, Reporter The class consisted of thirty four students The only activity of this year was a class picnic in June In the eighth grade, we were in Mr Knapp's homeroom and our officers were Kevin Vorce, President, Jack Planty, Vice President, Adele Sochia, Treasurer, Nancy Hooper, Reporter, and Sentinel, Robert Hart Our activities were a dance and a hay ride that didn prove very successful financially Eighth grade graduation will always be a cherished memory Twenty one students were graduated into high school at this time A speaking contest was held and the prizes were given out as follows first prize, girls Nancy Hooper, second prize, Jean Daniels, first prize, boys: Wayne Roberts, second prize, Kevin Vorce Our freshman year is a year to be remembered We moved into the building with Mrs Jeanne Seamans as advisor The officers were Edward Bump, President, Edward Forrest, Vice President Ronnie Robar, Secretary, Kevin Vorce, Treasure, and Jean Daniel , Reporter O In c Gloria McRobbie, Secretary, Jean Daniels, Assistant Secretary, . CLASS HSTORY Ccontinuedl ack Planty, Vice President, Jean Daniels, Secretary, Gloria McRobbie Treasurer, and Nancy Foster, Reporter Our advlsors were Miss Snell and Mr Beha we have had many activities this year because at the end of our Junior year we had only about 8200 This meant that we had to work very hard because our trip to New York will take about 81300 Our first project was a magazlne campaign in the form of a contest The wlnner was Jean Daniels who sold subscriptions which amounted to 8112 50 Florence Snell was second with 3lOH 75 Selllng Chrlstmas cards and statlonery was another big item After Friday night basketball games, we held Vic dances and sold refresh ments Candy was sold untll Easter as a regular senior project W also put on a three act mystery comedy called 'Midnight' This play was put on in Hopkinton as well as in Parishville The play was very well received As this goes to press, we are COnClUG1Dg our arrangements for the trip to New York we have tickets to see'the Pajama Game and we are taking the Van Zlle Tours We are all looking forward to this wonderful experlence Compliments DUFFY'S BARBER SHOP Parishville New york lk!lkltlkvkikikiiflklkikfillllklkikihkllrliiklkilvklkirIFIYIOHIOIIOHIOKIYIOHFIIHKIOHYIOIQHOIIKIkiklllilfikliwhhklklklkilvklhlrlklivkltlklkltik Compliments of WARREN O.
