Dr. David Gover, Superintendent; Mr. Wayne Stocker; Mr. Thomas Skeen, Chairman; Mr. Elwood Parker, Vice Chairman; Mr. James Coons; Mr. Robert Wilkerson and below the newest member Mrs. Ted Wiseman. The closing of the 1981 school year leads one to dwell on fond memories at the Paris High School. The teachers and staff can look upon the fruits of their labor and be proud of their untold efforts. On behalf of the Paris Board of Education I thank the community for their total support, the teachers and staff for their dedication and pride and to the students for their achieve- ments. The class of '81 has continued the outstanding tradition and are fine examples of the quality school you all have worked so hard to devel- op. Congratulations to the Seniors of 1981 and good luck to you in growing, learning and con- tributing to society in the future. Mr. C. Dedication After 38 years of teaching, the last 15 at Paris, Mrs. Anna Johnson has become an institution within an institution. Aside from helping a countless number of students down the paths of learning, Mrs. Johnson has many educational achievements herself. She has received her B.S. degree from Stephens College, her M.S. degree from Ohio State University, as well as her M.D. degree from the University of Kentucky. Here at Paris, she has taught science, biology, and home economics. She has also sponsored the Future Homemakers of America club. Her interests are numerous and varied with photog- raphy and traveling being two of her favorites. It is with sincere appreciation of her faithfulness and interest shown to the students of Paris High School that we, the annual staff, dedicate our 1981 yearbook to Mrs. Anna Johnson. 16 DEDICATION

The time you have spent at Paris High School hopefully has given purpose, direc- tion and inspiration to each of you in order that you may realize to the fullest your every dream. If Paris High has adequately provided you with ex- periences on which to found a rich life, dedicated to service to other, then it successfully achieved its goal for you.
