New Additions Boost Morale The Raymond Berry Sports Complex, better known as the new gym, was another addition to our school. The newly con- structed gym is being used to house a new weight room, coaches' offices, and the boys' locker rooms. lt was also being used as a practice gym for boy's and girl's athletics. Other additions include the new spirit wagon donated by the Wildcat Booster Club. Blazettes try leftovers after the faculty coffee. Nita Pierce collects money from Chris White on picture day. f W ami' Pep rallies were always exciting for most students joined in the cheers. Brenda Cannon and Mrs. Guthrie skate at language club Halloween party. Joel McCray and Joe Cobb turn into gorgeous creatures. Senior Portraits in November The seniors of 1981 were ex- cited in mid-November as they donned the traditional blue and white cap and gown for senior portraits. Thirty students were nominated by the faculty and placed on a ballot for BEST ALL AROUND boy and girl from each class. The eight winners were an- nounced at the intermission of the final performance of Where the Lillies Bloom. They each received a plaque presented by Principal Jerry Stephens. ,NSN Opening 1 1
