THE ABOVE quotation well exemplifies Mr. Cham- ness's motto in life. He is a man of vast mental facili- ties and true integrity. He has always had an un- ceasing interest in the students of Paris High School. During the fifteen years Mr. Chamness has served as superintendent of Paris Public Schools, he has become a friend as well as an adviser to all with whom he has come in contact. OWL I0
