 znioriaC Late in the fall of our senior year, our lives were struck by the sudden death of our fellow classmate and friend, Dave Emmons. Though his life was short, Dave left us the real meaning of courage. In spite of his health, when there was a job to do, Dave lent a hand to help get it done. While he was with us, he didn't let his health destroy him as a person. For this, Dave will always be remembered by his graduating class of 1975. In one sense there is no death. The life of a soul on earth lasts beyond his departure. You will always feel that life touching yours, that voice speaking to you, that spirit looking out of other eyes, talking to you in the familiar things he touched, worked with, loved as familiar friends.
