Doug Merrill: Barbara Ashley, Mark Figor. JUNIOR PROM One of the most outstanding events of 1959 was the Junior Prom. The big night was April 24, and the theme was It's Only Make Believe.' The gym was transformed into a make believe palace ballroom, with large pillars lining the wall and a replica of a rose garden. Larry Woodbury and his orchestra furnished the music. The Queen Sonya Vogel was crowned by King Doug Merrill before the grand march. The crown bearers were Marianne May and Joda Balsiger. COLUMBIA COUNTY REAL ESTATE Agent — Ralph A. Vogel
