Payne has witnessed many CHANGES OURING THE YEARS OF SERVICE HERE ANO HAS EXPERI- ENCED OUR TROUBLES ALONG WITH OUR HAPPY MOMENTS. Mr. Oettman is now the jan- itor OF THE HIGH SCHOOL ANO HAS BEEN IN THE PAST A PART TIME ASSISTANT TO MR. PAYNE. We certainly hope Mr. Oettman WILL CONTINUE HIS STAY WITH US IN THE FUTURE.
