Keeping the Paramus school system running smoothly and efficiently is the major function of the Board of Education. Its members are constantly striving to meet the needs of the students and faculty by improving the conditions and curriculum of the system. Some of the many tasks performed by these men are appropriating funds, hiring new teachers and staff members, and settling any prob¬ lems that may arise. Hoping to establish better communications among students, parents, and faculty, the Board of Education holds open meetings, which may be attended by anyone.
